Hi Harris,

I have known Rifka for many years. I am not the most qualified to give you the list of her abilities, her long organization qualifications which make her a perfect new WSA Chair. She has been a USA National Helper, is the current SDUSA Executive Director (I think that is her title but she is their administrator).

She has had many Subud jobs but I don’t know them all. She has been USA National Congress Chair, often runs plenary sessions, has put together our California Congress ‘In Memoriam’ slide shows. She is the Chair of our joint Canada/USA presentation for the WC 2028. She is an excellent speaker with a relaxed and humorous but business-like style of presentation. She is so organized and thorough.

You may have seen the WC 2028 presentation. She was intimately involved in its creation. She visited many cities and sites with the team that finally chose two areas for our next WC.

I wish I could say more. She is just a wonderful choice for Subud at this time. She even listens to me when I tell her how to use a mic! Not everyone does.

Thanks for all you are doing. I just watched the opening ceremony on YouTube. It was well done and wonderful to see so many friends there.
